@All,before update I'm planning to build one complete with all we got.
I would make the update after we decide how to handle the lists.
I prefer one list. If the Editor runs it is possible to modify him that way
that you can decide how the update should run ( add, modifiy, exchange or delete )
with additional commands. In that case is my only work to copy your
Entries from your Posts. The update runs automaticly. I only have to copy
the Result to the Reference - Post and would have more Capacity for other
things in our project.

Just a hint: It is not necessary to post long lists here as messages. You can upload them as .txt, .csv or whatever you want files to rapidshare to keep this thread manageable.

And each of us could make a update, it don't have be static in one post.
Possible is also to have one posted Reference-List and only the ( bundled )
Updates ( perhaps 5 - 20 lines ) are posted later to single posts.
The advantage : No Upload-Server could delete any datas.

CSV-Editor

Sorry, there are Problems with the Clipboard.

I updated the Original-Script to V1.01 to debugged bad error - It may have been that the edited Entries
could not be copied to the Reply-Window. It is no Problem with the Reply-Window.

@retro man : Sorry that you lost your efforts in 'TC', that is very sad to hear :(

@AL, fannatastic, retro man, rob4 : Editor

Please test the Copy/Paste Function on your PC's ( to CSV-Editor and back to Reply-Window ) before working with it.

What can I do if the Problems remains :
- I add a File open/save Function to CSV-Editor with a fixed Folder to prevent Saving Errors.
- We copy the Lines from the Source to a Texteditor.
- Save it to a File and close the Texteditor.
- Open it with the CSV-Editor.
- Modify and save it.
- Open it with the Texteditor again.
- Copy the lines from the Texteditor to your Post.
I am doing some Tests now

@All :
I modified the ID-Table to the following with the CSV-Editor. No Problems with the Clipboard :),
but it could be better in processing.

@Al : is 1197c ok for you this way ?
.P, 1197c, CC, Big Clit Lovers, 20, CC163,
.P, 0397f, SG, The Law Of Lust, 21, SG18.1,
.P, 0797e, SG, Cock Hunger, 22, TS60.1,
.P, 0997f, SG, Randy Dancing, 19, SG9.3,
.P, 0297g, SG, Sex On The Riviera, 20, SG20.?,
@All :
  • I copied all P-Lines from Post#147
  • I modified the Entries -> The Entries are not changed imidiately, please click the modify Button
  • I tried to Copy/Paste the complete List to a Texteditor -> It did not work because I marked only
one Line. The Copy-Function copies only marked Lines. Maybe a 'Copy All Button' would be nice.
  • The Search for the Set Nr could be easier with a aditional Textbox, no seaching in the List

Please be so kind to check Similarities to you Suggestions / Problems with the CSV-Editor

Let us handle this Theme please.
I agree that we have the Chance to correct some unknown Mistakes before a perhaps possible
'Run on the Thread' starts. Shall we leave the old CSV in this case ? I think is plausible.

guys

your working way too fast for me... full time job and kids and all that...
...but the work is great.

you'll have to bear with me to learn doing scripts and the like - in the meantime i'll edit the model id page manually as its easy to keep up with the slow drip of that info and i'll leave the other stuff to the rest until i'm in a position to help more.

i'm not going to post any new id sheets until the threads have been separated.

i've updated post#1

are we all agreed the 'special action' field can be deleted?

thanks for reminder - yes those as well to be copied

Rob :
Code:

... are we all agreed the 'special action' field can be deleted? ...
I wouldn't delete this field now, beause I think we got another use for it.

Examples :
  • Bridges to external souces like some ID - Pages ( bgafd, iafd , egafd, etc ... with one ore more Link(s) )
  • Main-Thread in VEF ( Link )
  • Body-Features
  • Fetishes

@All : Please take a look at this Thread . It shows in a view of my Posts how I am working with Datas ;).

It does not matter if there are some errors with Category field in .P lines.

Category is not very important. It is helpful (sometimes) when searching for an original mag. When a mag is known, the Category is not needed anymore for that mag. When all the mags are known (100% possible in my opinion), the Category field could be deleted.

I think it is confusing when the Category and original mag codes are not the same. (This happens a lot.)
