I've just recently heard two rumours regarding Tawny Pearl. Both were mentioned at a Golden Age porn seminar hosted by Herschel Savage with guest speakers, Seka, Porsche Lynn, Christy Canyon along with a new starlet Riley Reid who apparently dropped a bombshell stating that it was only after that she had gotten into porn, her Mother confessed to her that she also did porn along time ago and that she was the basis for Boogie Night's Rollergirl and that she used the name Tawny Pearl.
This sounds too good to be true, but if anyone else hears anything please post.

Reily Reid is claiming Tawny Pearl is her mother? Has to be a joke... though I do see a bit of a resemblance...:confused:

It's hard to compare pics with similar poses (Tawny doesn't have many pictures) but I kinda do see many similarities between the two. Big beautiful eyes, oval faces, long legs, slender calf/shin, nice asses, small tits with big nipples, nice pussies (no meat curtains),same hair color, (Bush, I've seen Riley with an amazing bush), Nose - very similar and perfect teeth with a slight overbite.
I know it's circumstantial but wow it seems like it could be true. I've sent a few tweets out to Herschel
and some of the others in attendance but so far I've had no replies.

I mean, I suppose it could be true. Linda Lovelace's daughter (from my understanding)ending up working in the biz, so I suppose it shouldn't be really shocking if that turns out to be the case with this girl being Tawny Pearl's daughter. There are some general facial similarities: being only an amateur gynecologist, I can't make a learned hypothesis re: comparisons between pussies in the two photos ; )

From what I remember, Tawny Pearl was blackballed from the industry in the mid to late 1980s (inasmuch as it was an industry in the late 1970s/early 1980s when Pearl did most of her work) after she began publicly saying she was underage for part of the time she had been appearing in films, or something along those lines. After that, the name Tawny Pearl was radioactive within the business.

I'd never heard that Pearl was the inspiration for the Rollergirl character before. Would hardly seem to be a bragging point - much less something that a mother would tell a daughter - but perhaps that is also true.

Does Riley Reid have any contact info she provided during the 'seminar'? I'd love to ask her if her mom would pose for some contemporary nudies, and request that she pass along how much I enjoyed (and still enjoy) watching her mom being doused with liberal amounts of seminal fluid.

At least one of the movies she made had her on roller-skates...

I do see a resemblance : shape of the eye, eyebrows, chin, mouth. (Forget the hair...Tawny was from the Farrah Fawcett era). I'm trying to find some older Riley pics from when she 1st started at 19, on video her face is even more similar.

Add me to the list of those who see a definite resemblance. The face shape and the mouth shape are really close. Remember, this is allegedly a mother/daughter situation, they aren't supposed to be twins.

More importantly, just watch a few clips and see how their faces look while moving. I think the story is probably true, though ten minutes of Googling didn't bring any discussion of this anywhere else.
