Unable to thank a specific user

Hi,

For instance in this thread: http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/sho...d.php?t=283729
I'm unable to thank "myjose", because there is no Thanks button available. I know I didn't thank that post yet, and I don't think he's blocked because the PM button is still available (while KayMeltov of post#1 has been banned, and there is no PM button for him).

I already noticed that for some users before.

Is there anyone who could tell me why?

Thanks !

Puzzled . . . .

I don't see the "Thanks" button on either post in that thread.

I would not expect it to be present for the "banned" thread starter Kay McTov, but wonder why it is missing for active Member myjose

I notice that the "Thanks" button is missing today from several other threads in this "VEF Help Section", but is present in others.

Wonder if the forum software is being "buggy" again.

No, no bugs. MyJose is actually banned. Because he has a lot of posts, we left them on the forum and I fixed what members see because it looks better to not see this many posts on the forum with banned and a line in the user ID.

If you see a member with no thanks displayed, and the Thanks button is missing, that means the user is banned.

does that mean that from now on, all banned members will not be shown as
being banned?
