Found a better resolution image of the screen-caps posted under the title "Perverted French Threesome". While this image suggests a time of 4:44 minutes, I found dead links elsewhere that suggest the video was 15 minutes in its original format. It was removed from x-ham some time ago.

The woman in red (having her shoe licked by "mystery") is widely identified as Laura Angel, but I could not find any similar images in her VEF thread, or at other sites where I searched her filmography.
