NB, for some reason I cannot perform a successful search for that thread within the Other Requests forum? Perhaps indicates an issue with the thread title having been edited but that change not having been propagated through to vBulletin's database's title field index?

Hi I was trying to submit a new thread but it is not appearing on board. does it need to be approved first? I dont want to keep submitting it and become a problem.

It's generally not a problem as long as it's not a duplicate thread, in the right area, and doesn't contain any banned material.

Care to be a bit more specific about where/what/when?
