I seem to recall that he had a heart attack once filming a scene? I could be wrong but I kind of remember reading that somewhere a few years ago.

He had multiple heart attacks...3 in one year back in his mid-40's, if I recall. The high life and a weak heart are not a good combination, but like you said, you never know.

I met him a few times, and thought he was a cool guy.
