A mate and I had a round of golf today.... I won ;) But, we were waiting too tee off and both of us light up a smoke. For no real reason while we were waiting that post crossed my mind. I then reminded him of a bet we had a long long time ago. We both had too give up smoking, the first one too cave in had too shave their eyebrows off :mad::D. I won that bet.

Today we agreed too have that bet again, over 3 months, $1000 and the eyebrow thing :(:(:( I intend too win again, and once the bet is over I will start smoking again :cool::o:cool:

In the mean time, I'm gonna be a pain in the ass too those around me and someone might die :(:D

For those who have smoke and given up, How do you stop going crazy :confused::confused::confused: Last time I did this my own Mum begged me too take it up again just so I didn't beat up my brother again :o:o:o

Bet start tomorrow night, we're going out for dinner and then casino, great place for bet too start :mad:

HELP !!!!

Maybe it's a bit soon, but you have to ask yourself, what would Tony Soprano do in a situation like this? Now, do the opposite.

Estreeter - I smoked for 40 years and stopped dead. I observed every ugly munt I could find with a fag hanging out of their mouths looking just f=cking awful and said to myself 'That's what you look like' Eventually I thought this is it I'm stopping. 3 years later I can't even stand the smell of a cigarette. Just look at the fat lasses smoking and ask yourself 'Do I want to look like that?'

Travelling. Distract yourself. It has worked for me the last couple of months to skip my drinking issue. Well, at least I wasnt sitting at home thinking of what I am not allowed to do.

P.S. What will not please you is the fact that you most probably will gain weight without smoking that month.

Eating helps, eat everything :D When you go shopping buy snickers, M&Ms and bubblegums and carry them allways with you. Donīt leave the house without munchies :thumbsup:

Donīt go to pubs in the next time, you might loose your bet :D

Err, I can actually stop, ;) That's no problem at all. Losing a grand, assuming I lose is no big deal, But I'll win because there's no way I'll walk around without eyebrows :eek:

Problem is the me driving people nuts, How do I not go crazy :confused: BTW, bet starts 18 hours from now and I'm sucking them down one after another :cool::o
