No middle ground .
I thought of this while watching a DVD of Count Arthur Strong .
Either you get him or don't .
I love him !

Reminds me of those ancient "Old Mother Riley" films with Arthur Lucan. Terrible, but many love it.

On the subject of TV Comedy, a friend of mine thinks “Still Game” is the funniest thing ever. I’ve tried watching it a number of times and I just can’t get it.

I’ve never really got the Guinness either, although I am off the drink (and food) at the moment having been 5 weeks in hospital recovering from sepsis and only got out at the weekend.

Awful show .

I know of no-one who "quite" likes it. They are either total metal heads or consider it noisy rubbish. I am in group two on this one. ;)

Okay I guess I just don't get this thread topic. A net search comes up with a food. Obviously that is not what is meant here . So what is meant.:confused::confused::confused:

Marmite is a yeast based spread. It has a strong taste and people either really like it or really dislike it. There is no middle ground.

Spread on hot buttered toast it is delicious.

Marmite is my Dads favourite and he makes a soup and a hot drink out of it. I like Twiglets which taste like Marmite but I don't like it, but it is better than Australian Vegemite which is vile, but they love it.:D
