I mean, I suppose Jeanette Littledove (am assuming this is how her first name is spelled, unless the thread topic is a different J. Littledove - not being sarcastic or a member of the spelling police, but just want to make sure I'm thinking of the same 1980s porn...er, 'starlet' that the thread is talking about) can use whatever legal means at her disposal to try and remove her images from VEF.

I think VEF did the honorable thing by honoring her/her legal team's request to remove any images of her, regardless of the legality of it: complying with the request simply was the honorable thing to do, in terms of basic decency toward another human being. VEF, as far as I can tell, has always acted in such a manner.

For Ms./Mz./'Dr.' Littledove, I think in larger terms trying to get her porn past erased will be like trying to empty the Titanic with a soup ladle, although having said that and looking at basic search bar entries there really isn't all THAT much out there to begin with in terms of images. Mostly because she wasn't in the business all THAT long to begin with. She was really only active, if memory serves, from the mid to late 1980s. I couldn't find anything online about her being a doctor or what she's doing for a living now. Seems it would be easier for her to just slide into obscurity, although she may have done the movies under her real name when she was too young to know any better. I couldn't find any current images of her: all of them were from the 1980s.

Btw, I did find multiple spellings of her first name. I always remembered her as Jeanette, but I guess Janette was also a popular spelling.

This is all very interesting. Does anyone have more information on Jeanette Littledove's current status?

Also I'd be interested in knowing more about how someone who signed model releases and appeared in adult films can legally use the DMCA to get their photos removed from a website. I thought that the DMCA only applied to actual copyright holders, which a model would not be. For example a spread of her in Hustler would be fine to post, unless Hustler magazine requested it be pulled.

Is that not the way the DMCA works?

She is now a self-styled (according to quotes from her facebook and imdb pages) "life coach, motivational speaker and personal empowerment expert" as well as the "CEO of Lisa Christiansen" corporation. In addition, the "foundation of her career" began when she was a "student" - whatever THAT means - of motivational speaker Tony Robbins, from whom she "learned and mastered the techniques of neuro-linguistic programming and neuro-associative programming."

Her facebook and imdb pages show her posing alongside and gazing adoringly at such morally and ethically respectable celebrities as Donald Trump and Lance Armstrong.

From all outward appearances, she has had more than a bit of facial and physical plastic surgery, but clearly it is the former Mz. Littledove, although one certainly wouldn't know it from her own social media bios, none of which refer to her porn past to any degree.

So, she made the transition from ex-porn star to her 2nd act as a practicioner of modernist quack psychiatry. Apparently. she has a 'degree in Psychology' although the specifics of said degree weren't made clear on any of her websites I perused: was it a degree of the mail-order variety? Something she obtained online from the University of Phoenix? What was the nature of the degree in terms of the amount of study undertaken to obtain it? PhD? Is she an actual Doctor of Psychology? If so, wouldn't that be something one would proclaim on a web page professing one's accomplishments? Is it relevant that any potential clients/patients be aware of what this 'degree holder' and professional quack pop social science worker used to do for a living? Apparently, 'Dr.' Christiansen doesn't feel that info is necessary to impart.

Just like another fraud, boxing promoter/grifty swindler Don King, once said: "Only in America."

Another interesting aspect of the various websites - the ones under her name as a web domain along with the facebook and imdb pages - is that the pictures of her alongside several celebrities all have the appearance of photos shot at public events where the celebrities were and Dr. Christiansen managed to finagle a pose alongside them, rather than said celebs showing up at an event specifically sponsored by Lisa Christiansen Companies. And none of the celebs she is in pictures with are listed on her various sites either as clients or attendees of her seminars...nor are there any quotes from any of them on her sites saying anything about Dr. Christiansen.

In addition, the websites she has under variations of her current name claim that she is one of the top speakers/teachers of her field, yet the membership numbers and/or amount of likes/eyeballs on these sites is suspiciously low for someone who claims to be one of top professionals in these fields.

Her imdb bio covers her life up until she was in her teens, then leaps forward right over the mid-1980s until the early 2000s in terms of what she was doing...as if those years didn't even exist. The same goes for the 'official' websites under variations her new name as well as her facebook page...although interestingly there are one or two pics she put up of a couple of legit/non-porn cover shoots she did for...Vogue magazine in 1985 I think it was, if memory serves.
