I had to laugh at the way that IIRC in the paper, they even gave the Mariah Carey pic a P3-style caption as 'Mariah, 44 from the USA':D. As you say, it was a pretty poor showing from the old currant bun - apart from Kelly on Monday, and another nice shot of India Reynolds...

...it was a rubbish week - the usual 'check em Tuesday' pic (though Sabine did at least go properly topless), a less-than-brilliant shot of Sam Cooke, and the pic of Mariah Carey.

Whenever they do that it just looks as if someone in the office thought at the last minute 'Oh bugger it, we forgot to choose a P3 shot for today' and bunged in whatever random pic of a celeb in her pants they had lying about. I wouldn't mind so much when celeb pics like Mariah's take the place of P3 if she'd actually got them out properly...;)

Definitely agree that Rhian was the pick of last week, and I'm getting bored with the celeb pics taking the place of a proper P3 shot as well.

The other thing I've noticed is the Sun using quite a lot of very 'basic' studio shots with very little styling and the girl photographed against a plain coloured background- OK, I guess they make a change from the usual 'girl on a beach' routine, but I'm not that impressed with the quality of them. That really dreadful shot of new girl Lissy Cunningham a couple of weeks back was one of these, and we've probably had about one a week just lately.

Last week it was Lucy Collett's turn for this treatment- I'm a big fan of Lucy, but I've got to say last week's wasn't the best set of her I've ever seen on P3...

holly on tuesday and sabine on friday
plus there was another celebrity glamour shot on wednesday so that was only two days where you got a proper page 3 shot
kelly on monday and lacey on thursday

they may as well just put it out of its misery if theyre going to run things like that .

no offence to rosie but its about time they relegated that check em thing to the health supplement .

then on friday nicole was pictured online in a nude shot with quite a phwoar factor but when you bought the paper it was a much more mundane shot of her.

pic of the week for me was sam on wednesday but she didnt appear online in any extra pics !

I know what you mean about the check 'em thing- I've got nothing against it, it's all in a good cause, but they're being really lazy about it- I'm sure they've used that pic of Rosie before...

I really liked the nude set of Nicole as well (don't know which one they printed?)- like you said, real Phwoar factor- OK, we know they can't show it all on P3, but it's still nice to see the girls getting their pants off and posing nude.

Apart from that, (didn't see the paper all week, so don't know which pics were actually printed), India's appearance on Thursday wasn't bad- I've always liked 'topless in jeans' pics, although I'd prefer a location pic to plain studio backdrop....

...and Courtnie made a nice start to the week. Not as good as her last outing a couple of weeks back, but for me she's one of the more under-appreciated girls of the current P3 crop- cute, with great boobs, and her bum is one of the best I've seen on P3 in years...:)

last week we eventually got to see a trimmed version of one those wow factor pics of nicole from the week before .

trimmed in a way where there was no slight glimpse of her shaven haven .
also the wow factor had gone from it because it was about a week late.
