I doubt it. I have never heard of her posing for any nude
or topless photos. Celebrity Sleuth magazine never had
any pics like this of her. It does bear some resemblance
to her when she was young.

"Fake" would be an original photo modified, like her face on some other woman's body. So this is not a fake, it's just a made-up photo with an unknown model because of resemblance. Typical internet stuff.
