I found this set over on the Newlook Magazine thread, could Sheela be our Kathy? A similar "pinched" nose, similar body and some phots seem to show her areole/nipples are different sizes, just like Ms Lloyd.
Don't be fooled by the name, Helen Labdon is Chantal, and Lisa Forward is Laurence in other issues of the mag, and all the phots are taken by Byron Newman, who of course snapped many of our Page 3 heroines for Playboy. I believe there's more of these sets on his thread.

Whoever she is, she looks great. But it's definitely not Kathy.

Unlike many of the 80's-90's models, Kathy looked crap with 'big hair' she looked much better with straight hair.

Where are the pictures of Lisa as Laurence please

I look at some pictures of Kathy, especially from around 1991-92 and feel that she could have gone beyond being a glamour girl splashed across a tabloid. Her face was far beyond that of the other girls of that era. Her look was elegance and sophistication. She was meant for the catwalks of the world.
