The Legion of Super-Heroes was always one of my favorite super-teams and I loved Mike Grell's art. This is the first page of a back-up story in Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes #215 and is the first appearence of Cosmic Boy's skin showing costume. A fan opined that the material of the costume was magnetic and Cosmic Boy's magnetic powers kept the costume skin tight.
