Back in the laserdisc days, I had a video featuring a brunette woman in
yellow dress having sex on the stairs. She had long brunete hair and
a rather skinny figure. The movie was made in the mid to late 1980s.

I have long lost that laserdisc. However, the memory of that video
has been stuck in my mind for over 20 years. I have never been
able to figure out who she was. The only other clue that I can offer
is that I bought another laserdisc called "Hot Blooded" at the same
time. Both laserdiscs were next to each other at the video store.
(perhaps the movie also started with "H" or other letters close to it?)

I know this is a very long shot, but I sure hope someone can help
me figure it out. :) Thanks in advance!

You're right that it is a long shot. The description you gave is very vague and won't pull up anything on a search engine. You may literally have to dig through long lists of laserdiscs and check them one by one.

I did a quick search and a few people online recommend the LaserDisc Database (lddb.com). They do list the other film you mentioned, Hot Blooded, which was actually released in 1983. Unless you're confident it was mid- to late-80s, you may have to expand your search a bit.

Otherwise, it's very unlikely this was a laserdisc exclusive. The film you're seeking most likely had a VHS release as well... maybe even Betamax.
