Hi, new here and am overwhelmed by the contents. Was looking for vintage penthouse pets and hustler honeys. Can't find any on google although no shortage of playboy. Found a thread by a kukaracha but the link didn't seem to work. Perused some other threads (ero magazine full) and can't seem to find a link or attachment although the rapturous replies seem to indicate that it was quite a post. Are the links deleted due to age. Am i unable to view them due to firewall or other security settings. Would appreciate some light shed on how to fully view the content posted. If i have blundered in placing this request here then bear with me. Thank you for sparing the time and attention to read this communication.

Hi dem welcome!

No problem posting your question here. Some mostly older threads, specialy the beginning of them, lost a lot of the content that was posted there simple due to age, same story on the links to pages outside of the thread.

When you follow a link to a other page also on the VEF here and bump in to this screen:

http://img224.imagevenue.com/loc552/..._123_552lo.jpg <-- click to enlarge

it means the thread no longer excists, NO need to contact the admin.

On the other hand when you follow a link to a other page also on the VEF and bump into this screen:

http://img137.imagevenue.com/loc740/..._123_740lo.jpg <-- click to enlarge

then you will need to login again using that screen to solve the problem. This is because some people login on www.vintage-erotica-forum.com and some others on vintage-erotica-forum.com the people logging in on the www version post www links and others logging in on the non www version post links without the www part.

Hope it clears things up a bit for you, luckely there is still a lot to find here.

Later, Dub.

Hi Dem, sorry for the confusion i wanted to highlight certain parts of the text and did this by underlining it so they are no links just plain text, updated the previous post above to make it more clear.

On the kukaracha post i alluded to earlier there was a properly working link to some filehosting site called giga(something). There the file had been deleted but the link in the thread worked. In other threads there were textual descriptions of the post but no visible link or url. Would welcome any thoughts on the subject.

The filehost probably was GigaSize.com, filehosts have a policy that when a file is not downloaded for a longer period of time it gets deleted for Rapidshare this is 90 days so older posts have links to files that are no longer there. Same with the reply's some posts get removed when the links don't work anymore then also the posts responding to these removed posts are also no longer relavent and should have been removed but thats not always the case as you noticed.

All comes down to age, uploads and posts are here when they are still here best to aknowledge that fact and look what is still up at the moment. When you find something that you have been looking a long time for and it is now gone you can ask in that thread if somebody is willing to post it again but you shouldn't do that oft, thats mostly not appriciated to much. There are appointed places where you can posts requests more freely. You will find that out.

BTW nice to meet a other Avast user, best AV program there is IMO and free :).

Take care, Dub.

Salut tout le monde:)

I've been looking after such a place for months...years(!?) until my friend azro told me about VEF.
I just had an overview but looks like a gold mine, exactely what I dreamt about.

In advance, thanks to all the nice posters, and of course, I'll manage to keep my seat here. :D

The artist formally known as DeiselDog.....is back!

Tried on many occasions to renew under my original username, but to no avail.
So the "New" username is up and in.

I'm gonna try to "re-Up" some of the older posts i've left behind if someone hasn't done it previously.

BTW...Great Job to the Admin. and Mods for a BIG Improvement on this New Board!

Congrats and Thanks for having me as a Member, once again.

Peace, Out. :D
