There's a video floating around on the web titled "Emma Watson Sextape". If you watch it, it's a pretty good lookalike, though the lighting is poor. The girl has a big shoulder tattoo which gives it away though at times you get a good enough look at her face to tell it's not her but someone who does look pretty similar to her.

It looks like a recording from some webcam show maybe.
