Collected all I could get my hands on. Most new images, a few higher res incl that Myf 4/73. As to Tebba's "where is the rest?":
Everything in this thread is from one session [Clive McLean]. Myf bought first rights for its cover & center, but a few months later many others were publishing the slides. "Same shoot" you can see by connecting props, some known from other CM sets, like sleeper sofa and large wicker throne. Also helps to see what was published together. Nude-on-red-bed is diff setting but published with the others several times.

Sets from that 8/73 Cavalier, Escapade (I think), Jaguar, some miscel/unknown, Score 9/73, and the Myf.
