"Do not post" content

Hi,
Sorry for the stupid question, and I hope I won't be banned for this, but I always wondered why (for instance) Private content was forbidden while (for instance) Hustler or Vivid was "allowed" ("allowed" is not the correct word but my english knowledge is limited, sorry...).

I understand about the Traci Lords stuff because of her underage, but my question is only about studios/producers/performers. Have they attended VEF in justice?

Thanks, and once again sorry for my question.

Private, the company, would have got in touch with the owner of the website and asked for their copyrighted stuff to be removed or expect to be prosecuted.

Court action would bankrupt the owner and close the forum so it is better to conform with the request and remove the content and make sure that no more is posted.
