Also, the picture has the word "club" in it, so...

Anyway, she reminds me of Andy Priscilla a bit.

It was mid/late 90's; I remember taking a liking to her at the time. As I recall previous ID requests for her though have never found anything but the aforementioned "Emma".

I did have a folder with a couple of dozen pix of her at one time, but deleted the whole folder back when I only had one portable hdd, and needed room for other stuff.
