google "Kayla Clement girlsdoporno". It doesn't give you index/reference sites, but.

All I know is, it was episode 257, appears to have been a one off.

This "studio" usually doesn't identify their models, and we often see social media posts in which a name becomes associated with a particular episode.

In this case Episode 257 is widely attributed to "Kayla Clement", but I am still looking for a reliable source that substantiates the connection without breaching the privacy of the model in question. Unfortunately, very few of these girls ever acknowledge their participation, and we are left without a reliable ID solution.
