It's a VHS cap, but much improved over previous versions. My only issue with shunty's rips: although the picture quality is generally very good, he tends to overprocess the audio (presumably to remove hiss and tape noise), and the sound often has artifacts like you hear on low bitrate mp3's. Minor complaint, but worth noting.
