Here is a very early Pet; from roughly May 1969 (the UK editions didn't always have the date on them- probably because production was a bit patchy- for 1969 PH only managed 10 editions -maybe becuase they were getting ready for the big US launch in September).

Anyway Ada, who continued a PH sixties trend of featuring beauty pageant queens, was the very first Pet to flash her fur in the magazine (you'll have to concentrate, guys!). Of course in the US edition it was Stephanie McLean but Ada, unlike a lot of other UK Pets from this period, never went on to be a Pet in the US edition.
