Many thanks

I'm wondering why my threads keep getting deleted. I read all the long instructions, follow them to the letter, and my stuff still gets pulled. Really not getting much out of my time on this forum I'm sad to say.

Become a moderator. Ordinary users cannot delete a thread even if they started it, nor can they delete the message that started a thread.

I think the rationale behind this is that threads are a shared resource and there is no ownership for them, since any member can post in any thread (unless it has been closed by a moderator, that is).

You should contact a Mod in the relevant section.

1. Making comments with no content in a content thread (not allowed)

2. Reporting a problem with files in a content thread. (You should use the problem report thread and you were sent a PM on this)

3. Making a request in a content thread (not allowed)

I should remove this post also but instead I suggest that you read this sticky thread here first:

Hi Mayfair. Seems strange that you read:

If this happens to one of your posts and you believe your post was on topic and was not against the rules of the section you posted in, we ask that you send a polite PM to the moderators listed at the bottom right hand side of the section where you made your post. You will get a reply when the moderator has time to respond.

Please do not make posts in this section asking "what happened to my post" as they will be removed from this time forward.

and still posted what you have in this thread...

Anyway...try looking at these two threads on help with uploading images:
http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/t24...-uploader.html

http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/t37...agebamcom.html

If you are using the browse button to upload images to pimpandhost, please make sure you select the mini 180px size. Anything larger than this will be removed as this is against the forum rules.

Try this out over in the test area:
http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/f55-test-forum.html

We can help you out there :)

Everyone is new at some point, welcome to the forum. Take some time to read these stickies, and if still unsure ask questions, in your own threads :)

Cheers.
