Is it just me, or is TV in general absolutly crap, there is not one show on TV that I would make an effort to watch (ok maybe Oz Clarke & James May) I spend more time flicking through 200+ channels of shite trying to find somthing to watch than I do watching stuff.:mad:

And antiques+house makeovers+soaps but the absolute worst is REALITY SHOWS !!!

I was watching the Channel 4 news today and one of the news items was about the property-crash in Spain and how it's causing financial hardship especially to British pensioners that had retired there.
The cost of living with the Euro nearly doubling in value against Sterling and apparently you cannot give property away on the Costa Del Sol and it's market-value is still falling,but...after the news finished, just before I usually turn the televison off, there followed some house-porn programme about investing in property in Spain!
I don't know when it was filmed, but I think that these house-porn programmes are like heroin (Smack) to the producers, in the fact that they can't stop themselves producing this type of crap.
You would have thought that the controllers at Channel 4 would by now have seen the way the s**t is hitting the fan and pulled these obscene and moronic programmes.

That is a wonderful irony, I would have laughed like a drain at that exept that I have a villa in mijas and the arse has dropped out of the market.
