I think this is true. The (pay) site 'Vintage Cuties' has obviously picked up a ton of this stuff (see below), so there seems to be a huge amount of material still held by the legal owners (who probably thought it was worthless :D).

Uschi was in a 3-D movie in 1972 called Prison Girls!
