DVD Ripper for Windows 10.

I've been out of the contributing movies loop for a few years. I recently got a basic Dell laptop with Windows 10 and started scanning box art again.
I now need to go thru the whole process of learning how to rip a adult movie DVD again and whatever program that pastes all those VOB's back together.

I'm okay paying for ripper software and paste together program, or free software suggestions are fine too.

Thank you

Ah. Nice to have you back. I remember fondly downloading a few of your movies back in the days. There are a plethora of programs that can do the job for you. It all depends on how much you will get involved. I use the old classic dvd decrypter to rip dvds to a hard drive and Img burn to turn those dvds into iso files for storage.

Staxrip is a fairly easy program to use that gives good quality rips. Or you can go with Megui which is a bit more complicated but really not that difficult to learn.

Both Staxrip and Megui support one of the best deinterlacers out there (QTGMC). It really makes a difference!

And there is my beloved Handbrake: https://anonym.to/?https://handbrake.fr/

I have used it to rip hundreds of non-porn DVDs.
(If they were porn, I would have shared them here...)

Thanks for the suggestions.
I just want something easy, like I used to have, where you pop in the DVD and it takes like 10 minutes to rip. I don't remember what software I had. Then there was a program for easy pasting of VOB into an AVI so I could store the whole put together movie on my external hard drive. I've been getting a few current release adult DVD's that are 4K ? so this might be a whole other problem.
Sucks having to learn it all over again.

Long time since I used Handbreak. I'm sure halvar has some more detailed input here but if I remember correctly you could rip on the fly so to speak. Setting up a dvd for encoding would take a couple of minutes.

There are plenty of helpful videos on youtube as well. Like this one:

Don't use those dvd to avi tools. They are not worth it and give by today's standard poor quality videos.
