I believe that Nightjar has identified the "mystery" girl correctly as Magda Polak. Facial features, breasts, etc all look right, but her arms are always covered and we cannot see her distinctive tattoo.

I didn't see the "mystery" scene in the streaming copies of "Die Braut die sich nicht traut!" that I was able to find, but it can be found using this search term.

Yes, I agree, however would seem that the scene is a kind of outtake from Die Braut die sich nicht traut! as it features the same performers, costumes and plot/theme (a wedding and dodgy business dealings).

It's just that HB shags Susana de Garcia in the actual film and MP shags some bozo in a chef's outfit at the very end.
