Anyone have an ID on this motoring hazard?

I remember this picture from a Hustler Beaver Hunt entry in the 80s. I think you should find it somewhere in the Hustler (pre-1997) section, but getting an ID or more pictures may be trick as she's an amateur.

she's an amateur from a Hustler Beaver Hunt from the early '80s. You can find her in the Hustler thread, but you won't find much more than the blurb they printed.
