The bathroom was in a house in Hollywood used for several American Art Enterprises photo shoots. I believe it was the home of Maurice Smith, one of the AAE staff photographers. It had a pool in the back yard which was used for the movie loop with Roberta and Rosalie the same day as the two photos you posted.

In the "Holy Grail" thread I mentioned that my holy grail would be the discovery of hardcore material done by a "softcore" model, especially Roberta. I haven't found any yet, but others, including Roberta's ex-husband, have told me that the half-dozen short clips of her solo and with Rosalie Strauss are a very small part of her film.

Intriguing Photo Shoots

Now I'm intrigued with the recent posts of FalonGonged with the post of 278 with the proof sheets of the Roberta shoots, especially the very top image showing Roberta in the chase lounge and then the full sized images of same are posted again in post 280. What a find & great post!!! Thanks Falongonged!!!

Note that the grass is the same texture, the chase lounge is the same type, style, maybe color. The only thing different is the jewelry that Roberta is wearing in the black & white images is not the same as Roberta's sporting in the infamous "spread" shot in color. Hair is about the same.

Now I am really intrigued. Did anybody ever find out just what auction site was selling those slides? I couldn't find them. Wonder where they are & just how many went up for auction? Wonder if this was the same shoot, same day and just a wardrobe/jewelry change for Roberta? Now I really wonder about this one & what else can be found...???http://ist2-2.filesor.com/pimpandhos...TOUT_009_0.jpg http://ist2-2.filesor.com/pimpandhos...oberta4__0.jpg

MOW, I love other serious students of Ms Pedon. First, it's a different lounge chair. Note two things: 1) In the first picture the top 8 or 9 cross-strings on the back are of a sharply lighter color than the same area of the second picture. Second, note that in the second picture there is a screw in the left-hand (as we see it) upright tube of the back, between the 9th and 10th winding up from the bottom, but there is no such screw in the first picture.

The ground cover appears to be the same, but that is a common ground cover in California yards. My guess is that the shots were taken in different back yards and at different times, Jerry Stout met her when her part of the movie "Delinquent Schoolgirls" was being shot in May, 1973. He was the still photographer for the movie. At least three of the American Art Enterprises photographers who worked with Roberta also hired her for "speculative" private shoots, later submitting the pictures to various men's magazines. Jerry was one of them, along with John Kirk and Lance Kincaid. There may have been others; she was a very complaisant and marketable model.

Roberta Pedon Blue & White "Pull-over--Dress"

Having been a collector of many 100's of Roberta over the years, I have always sought more of the blue & white "dress"-"sweater".???

Where are they from??

I only see this on the internet lately. Any more from this shoot that the collector can lead me to??

Thanks,

I wish I knew. This is the only one I am familiar with, and she rarely wore sweaters, living in Southern California. From the background I have always assumed this was a "studio" shot, probably done in the "Warehouse", a part of the American Art Enterprises office complex on Lassen Street in Chatsworth, CA.

Roberta Pedon Discussion

Hey there. Here's a bit of a mystery I'd appreciate if someone could shed some light on. For some reason Google is filtering my Roberta Pedon search results. I know this sounds weird, but has anyone else tried googling her lately? Nothing really related comes up except for the odd ebay result, non of the forums (like this one) are searchable and barely any pictures come up in the image tab. A quick search on Bing.com yields drastically different results, with what you'd expect by searching her name. I know google's been known to remove some things from their site for legal/religious/copyright reasons. But why in god's name would anyone be concerned with the image trade of a dead nude model from half a decade ago? I mean there are a lot of available search results pertaining to illegal downloads of currently active porn stars, so why would someone have interest in getting this one model off of google? Maybe it's my region? I'm Canadian, so if no one else is finding the same issue, is there anyone out there from Canada experiencing this? I mean it's really not effecting my life one way or the other, but it's something I've become super curious and confused over. Can anyone provide an explanation for this? Thanks.

Google Bing.com Roberta

I'm in the US. I found a different line-up of Roberta topics using Bing; than I found with Google. Bing had a lot of images of the Roberta.

Nothing would surprise me with all the surveillance and censorship going on in the US.

I'll try & wean myself off Google & find other search engines.
