Does anyone know the above model by another name, or have additional information about her?

I think mystery/Sasha also features in the following set, thanks to Minidou68. Pigtails is Suzanne O'Mally (quoted post is in her thread), while blue top & black hair is once again Krisztina. The model I think is the same as mystery/Sasha above has a white & purple shirt & black shorts and is far left in the top-left and bottom-left images in the first page/scan. A few more pics down the link although perhaps less helpful?

You might be right, I don't know. I don't get an "a-ha" of recognition from the iafd head pic. alone, but if you're able to find/provide any better pics./caps from her listed vids. it could well be worthwhile checking.

Of the titles listed this is the only one I could find on vef, where she appears in scene 3 according to iafd. Caps there not really any help.:(
