What photo host are you using? I use the "basic upload" page of "imagebam". Once the pic has uploaded I copy and paste the link that appears in box just below "UBB code".

Don't forget to choose "Adult" in the "select type" box and choose "180 pixels" in the "thumbnail options box" on the "basic upload" page first.
