When did fisting first appear?
 

What is the earliest example anyone knows of fisting in porn? I am thinking it came in sometime in the late 70s but it may be earlier..

There's a fisting scene in a classic loop. The title on the net version is "Arabian Shave," but the streaming site from which I d/l it calls the file "Antique Fucking - Pussy Shaving, Fisting, Fucking." Di Lauro and Rabkin call it "A Bare Interlude" (dated 1928/1933 - they believe it's French, as do I) in their book Dirty Movies: A History of the Stag Film 1915-1970 but the available print is missing a somewhat sacrilegious final moment that Di Lauro and Rabkin describe in the book. The femme lead is quite a looker and gets deeply fisted during the festivities.

It's pretty extraordinary for the time. He delves right in there! No gradual working up to it! He even tries to get another hand in. Remarkable.

Candy stripers
 

I saw my first fisting scene in the movie "Candy stripers", with Amber Hunt on the receiving end, then still on video. Later I got it on dvd and the scene seemed to be deleted, but on the internet I found somewhere that you had to use a combination of buttons on your remote control to unlock it. Still a great scene.

"Candy Stripers" and "Little Orphan Dusty" were the catalysts/trendsetters that spurned my collecting hunt on 2 decades ago. The Arrow Video easter egg press this press that was fun stuff !

but I never new the title. Now I new the title and found a copy.

I guess there was some fisting in US porn flicks in 70's but for some reason it was considered obscene in US throughout 80's and 90's. Luckily French and German porn makers were very active putting fisting scenes in the movies early 90's so it became somewhat popular. Unfortunately majos studios have not been interested in that anymore, but in the amateur world it seems to be quite popular nowadays.

Back to my favorite subject...I just realized the evolution of fisting while checkin my fisting pic archives:
1. single hand vaginal fisting 70's
2. single hand anal fisting 80's and 90's

3. double hand vaginal fisting around 2000
4. double hand anal fisting 2010 and on

In Candy Stripers (1978) was double hand vaginal fisting (Eileen Wells fisted by Nancy Hoffman)

I've a hunch that the ancient greeks probably had depictions on their walls or sculpture
