I am not sure if she ever appeared on Page 3 but its a huge longshot because I am trying to find other pics of this girl-I only have these two-if you have any others please post here. Thank you.:)

All I know is she appeared in Scope magazine which are where these pics come from.

I've only got the two of her you see above but I just found the third one of her-I was hoping there might be a lot more about-evidentally so far, I am wrong :(

I still think that Penny Crandon and Black are the SAME person-I just have this niggling doubt that they aren't separate girls.
