These are from Bust Out! (US) July 1994 issue as Lyssa Lynn. She later changed her name to Betty Boobs and did several movies.
And these are from Bust Out! (US) June 1996 issue.
Some more info about her pictorials here, though her 1994 pictorial above is not mentioned as she used different name originally (like other models, for instance Carolyn Monroe).

I think that she should get her own thread in Classic Pornstars forum as her career started pre-1995. She recently came out of retirement and did several videos for Score and MomPOV.com websites. As there is another Betty Boobs (blonde from the late 80s), there should be probably thread names like Betty Boobs (I) and Betty Boobs (II), but admins should have a solution for such cases. Not to mention another two Betty Boobs modern models...
