if you are stuck with registration, account, login or username problems for which you can find no solution, then you can use the Contact Us option to request assistance.

Canceling membership / Removing your account:

if you want to cancel your membership and have your account removed, then make a request via the Contact Us form. This is not an action you can complete on your own.
