Jaclyn Smith or not?
 

I think it's real...but I'm not 100% sure it's Jaclyn.

I wondered the same thing as that pic has been around awhile but it seems that there would be more if it was a real set so I am skeptical but hopeful.

The "pertinent" pic in the collage isnt JAclyn Smith .It was disproved by The fake Doctor 10 years ago;)

I believe swamprat should remain hopeful about this one. I think it is very possible that this is Jaclyn.

I just checked the fake detective site and this photo is not listed. I DO recall the fake detective declaring this a fake many years ago but providing no evidence that supported the conclusion. If anyone has the fake detective's comment on this image -- or any proof that this is a fake -- I would love to see it. (In reality I would hate to see it and have it destroy my fantasy.)

As an avid admirer of Jaclyn Smith -- my god she is gorgeous -- I think the image accurately represents the face, image, curves, shapes, ovals etc. that belong to the real Jaclyn.

Just had a good long(and lingering) look at the picture and the naked girl looks more like Uma thurman and it isnt her either:cool:

I haven't worked my way into the box where these are all stashed, but this pic comes from one of the Pl*yboy newsstand special mags of the middle 70s. I'm pretty sure it's either Love Games (1975) or Love Scenes (1976). It's maybe 6 pp in all, of a femme photog (the alleged Smith) who's shooting an M/F model couple and which turns into a 3some. Pix are mostly quite mild, though (astonishingly for the time) one shot discreetly shows the femme model (not the photog) holding the guy by his dick. At the time I wondered if this was a Viva reject set.

The photog is credited in the book, and the model releases are undoubtedly in the archives at Pl*yboy. In the later 70s this shot turned up in a newsstand special Celeb Skin mag from (I think) High Society. I could never see any resemblance to Jackie Smith in any of the pix but recognized the solo pic immediately as to its source.

With all due respect I'm still looking for proof. (I appreciate your post and a place to check it out.)

I tried finding the PB mid-seventies specials but couldn't locate them to check the photos. I would very likely be convinced by seeing the entire spread.

I think it looks so much like Jaclyn that it surprises me that others don't see it.

I think these screen caps prove the disputed fake above to be just a fake. Jaclyn has a much higher hip to torso ratio than the woman's body in the fake. The screen shots here and in the photos of her in a bikini show that. Of coarse I can not prove she didn't have surgery to remove some bone from her hips to pose nude and then have surgery to replace the bone that was removed after the nude shot was taken.

Also Charlie's Angels season 4 is coming out on DVD toward the end of July.
I was hoping Sony would release 4 and 5 together but I'm hearing it will be 4 alone. I hope we do not have to wait 3 years for season 5.
CA was produced on film so they should just release the whole series on
Blu-Ray.

Some further digging in the fictioneer archives has been successful. It's the 1975 Love Games, the one with the blue-gray cover, and the pictorial in question is entitled "Sophistication" by Andreas Russ. No model identifications are given. It appears on pp 65-72 of the book. The oft-reprinted photo is the first in the series.

There's 2 discrepancies to say it's not Jaclyn.

The naked actress has very heavy upper eyelids. Look at all of the close up pictures of Jaclyn and you'll hardly ever see any of her upper eyelids. Even when she is looking down you'll only see a small sliver of upper eyelid peeking out from under the rest of the upper eye beleow her eyebrow.

The other reason is her ears. Look closely at the close-up of Jaclyn next to the naked picture and you'll see that she has an indentation along the outer part of her ear that runs down to the bottom edge of the opening of her ear canal. The naked actress doesn't. Her indentation starts much higher up. Also, Jaclyn's ear canal reaches much lower and is nearer the bottom of the ear-lobe than the naked actress's. Ears might continue to grow when we reach adulthood but the features grow in proportion and don't change that much.
