I assume it's some kind of personal statement, or expression of some inner state (of mind?). Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Janine started with the serious tattoos around the time she made her comeback, including that first HC clip with Julian. Both of these things seem to have happened in her life at the same time. Perhaps it's a "fuck everybody, I'm doing what I want to do from now on" thing? (Literally! ;))

Sure is a little sad to see all that gorgeous skin "go", but that doesn't faze a real fan, of course. :p
