If you read a bit further you will see that we use imagehosts.

I have been trying for quite some time now to post some new images, but keep getting the message "Upload temporarily disabled, Maintenance in progress". Yet I see new posts elsewhere. Is this a glitch in the system?

This is because the imagehost that is tied to the upload button here is disabled. Use a different imagehost for now like Imagebam or Imagevenue to upload and post images.

Being a "newbie" here, I have NO idea of how I would go about doing that. If someone could give me a brief explanation / tutorial, I'd be appreciative. I do have a large amount of photos I'd like to share.

If the other host is going to be fixed, I can wait.

Thanks Jenny. It is almost similar to what I do to upload files on the film / picture site I frequently use. I hope people will enjoy my newer images.
