I originally thought Nina Carter as Penny Mallet but I'm not sure she ever did anything so "overt"

The pic(along with a few others of the mystery) appears in Chick(Dordrecht) magazine No.44 from 1972.

Who is Ann? In one of the photos she reminds me of Barb Alton in the face, although I can't believe it to be possible.
