It appears that she goes by a variety of aliases.

We need to reach a consensus regarding which one is most appropriate. Contenders include;

Bernice Winters, Debbie Brooks, Ely, Elly, Evelyn, etc.

Rubinski pointed this thread out to me because I've posted the Evelyn set to the Club International magazine thread. She was in Volume 9 No 6, June 1980. Here she is.
