So about joanie greggains-one of her videos she sold for home use was her and her -I think husband or lover-he showed up in a lot of her shows for a long time, had dark hair and its was parted in the middle-eventually he just disappeared and you never saw him again so I imagined they broke up. But in this video it was the two of them both wearing these blue leotards with pink belts. Theres a scene where they are on the mat, she is sitting and he has his upper back on the mat thrusting he crotch up and if memory serves shes explaning how to do this simple exercise but it looks totally obscene and I think her eyes linger there too long. My mom did all the Joanie things back in the day, and that moment really struck me.
But-I've Amazoned, Ebayed, and internet searched for even what the title of that was-and it's gone. I can find all the other ones, and I know them and the show probably better than most people...but that, and any trace of that guy who was around for a reeaaaaalllly long time, is gone. So, I definietly think there was some kind of break up going on and prompted her to get rid of the evidence. She has a talk show or something now and I considered asking but don't have the guts. Very curious tho. |
