Can't believe they managed to cut any more from the VHS tapes, the most explicit thing you would ever see in one of the Electric Blue series was a quick glimpse of between a girl's legs. Again, it all boils down to what one's definition of a Page 3 girl is. If you are only talking about The Sun/Star Page 3 girls, then very, very few girls have done HC. Vida Garmen actually did very little genuine hardcore work for publication, and most of what little she did was purely photographic, so no videos are available for them. (She did however do quite a bit of private hardcore for well-paying amateurs). The bulk of her boy-girl sets are softcore, but these are all quite well documented.
