Where do these pics come from, and what was the context?

I could completely have mis-remembered but I think they were from one of those magazines you used to find at supermarket checkouts apparently aimed at housewives doing the weekly shop who wanted knitting patterns and recipies - Family Circle or somesuch. The context was self examination for breast cancer.

Early to mid 1980s perhaps? I'm sure I read about it in the Sun.
