I'm not sure how many of you remember, but Jayne was a hot model turned newscaster...Somewhere down the line, she met and married a guy (the actor from the penitentiaty movies) and supposedly, they made a pretty raunchy home video...I've never seen it, only heard of it, seen some shitty screen caps...Because VCR's were a bit hard to come by when the tape first came out, circulation was pretty thin...But, this is the internet, and 7 degrees is the lay of the land...

In terms of what we consider today to be the stereotypical celebrity sex video, Kennedy was the unwitting pioneer as far as we know.

The Crane stuff was completely private until only recently when his son put it out on a website, so even though it existed earlier it wasn't "first" because no one knew about it. The "Marilyn Monroe" movie and a gay one with "Chuck Connors" were 8mm stags from the '50s but these are frauds, ordinary porn movies sold on the fact that the performers looked vaguely like celebrities. There's a "Barbara Streisand" loop too that's actually some British girl.

A few weeks ago there was a news story about a supposedly new Marilyn Monroe porn movie that was bought at auction, but that was also a fraud. And now Vivid Video is releasing a DVD that's supposedly Jimi Hendrix having sex with two groupies but that's BS as well.

To my knowledge the oldest one ever rumored to exist is one with Joan Crawford, supposedly from the '20s, but as no one has ever seen it that's likely wishful thinking too.

The Jayne Kennedy one is distinct because it really is her and it was seen publicly when it was screened in black nightclubs, at least according to accounts that I've read. I wonder how it became public?
