I noticed there aren't any posts about this classic beauty. Back in the 1950's, she was an Italian sex symbol almost on a level with Lollobrigida herself, and unlike Lollo, she actually went topless on film (in "La Tour De Nesle"). Here are some B&W pics, scanned from her autobiography:

The Nesle's Tower was a guard tower of the old city wall of Paris , constructed at the beginning of the 13th century by Philip II of France.
In the 19th century, Alexandre Dumas wrote the celebrated romance La Tour de Nesle, where he made the place a theatre of orgy and the place of murder of the Queen of France at the beginning of the 14th century, ( Marguerite de Bourgogne ) . His story is based on the fifteenth century legend known as the Tour de Nesle Affair , centering around events that took place in 1314 where the daughters-in-law of Philip IV were accused of adultery, and their alleged lovers tortured, flayed and executed.
