I have a big collection with pics from the best of the best and i have to say she is
nothing but a lady! I had once the luck to see her in real life last year when i visited London
i had to wait for my flight back for 2hours as she and her family came through the lounge at Heathrow hurrýing for check-in!!!

Although i was sure i'm not dreaming i was unable to say neither a "hello" or anything else-
she looked at me for 2-3 seconds (i'm sure i've looked like the biggest idiot on earth) and gave me a smile!!!

I stumbled a "hi" and an angel left the house!

Since then i'm only amazed what a tiny person she is, approximately 155-160cm!
I always thought she is much taller!

Btw - she looked absolutely stunning and my girlfriend got uppset the whole flight back!

Hi, In todays Daily Sport 6/2/08 there is a whole page pic of Linda celebrating the 80's!

I also remembered i met her a few years ago, when she did Panto in my home town. Shes a fabulous looking woman and so small. Shes about 5'5'' and in her heels she looks taller. A petitr beautiful woman.

Here is a more detailed CV of Linda I made up a few years ago as part of a large A-Z of Page 3.

L is for Linda Lusardi
Linda Lusardi was just 16 and standing at a Holborn bus stop. when the wife of a photographer spotted her Linda never thought she had what it took to be a model.but by 18 she hit Page Three and never looked back. Before that, this gorgeous brunette, born 18th September, 1958 in Palmers Green, North London-UK, had been a former £30-a-week clerk in a tax office, and is quoted as saying "The idea of being a photographic model had crossed my mind before, of course, because it's every girl's dream,” and “ I'm just an ordinary girl-next-door type with a good figure, I'm no pouting blonde bombshell." Little did she know what was in store for her. Linda made her Page 3 appearance in 1976 and lived the jet-set life with celebrity friends and achieved international fame-but this was just the tip of the iceberg. Throughout all this, Linda never let celebrity go to her head and was more down-to-earth than some models. At the time she was quoted as saying, "I didn't think I was at all attractive," she said. "I was too skinny and my sticking-out teeth made me look like Bugs Bunny." Luckily Sun readers and model agents and top glamour photographers didn't agree with that.

With hazel-green eyes, a sparkling smile and stunning 35C-24-34 figure she earned her fame and fortune modeling around the world and posing for some the biggest magazines like Mayfair and Penthouse where she did her first full nude shots Voted The Sun’s Page 3 Girl of the Year for three years running and also Page Three Girl of the Decade, Linda’s following gathered momentum with some strange fans, one of whom said he would: "walk over hot coals for a kiss," while another changed his name to ‘Linda Lusardi.’! The real Linda Lusardi went on to break into showbusiness, having made two appearances in “Electric Blue” videos, 1985 & 86-(No’s27 & 38) and something called “Consuming Passions(1988),” as a French Hostess! She was in demand for game shows like ‘Blankety Blank’. Linda decided to quit modeling for showbiz after thirteen years at the top. She made her final appearance on Page 3 in 1989. Since then she appeared in pantomimes. She became a hostess on “Bob’s Your Uncle”, a quiz show hosted by Bob Monkhouse, then as a presenter for such shows as “Its Bizarre!” & “A Kind of Magic.”

In 1993 Linda was picked to become GMTV’s Health & Fitness expert, and she also appeared in something called “P.R.O.B.E.-The Zero Imperative,” as Lou Bayliss. Linda had a dream to break into acting and in 1999 she got her big break playing Frankie in Channel 4 televisions’ long-runng soap drama “Brookside,” where she would meet her future husband, actor Sam Kane. More panto work followed, plus being surprised by Michael Apsel with the big red book for “This Is Your Life.” Linda, now married to Sam, had two children Lucy 4 & Jack 18 months. She really hit the big time in 2000 appearing as the girlfriend of a gangster in ITV’s long-running police drama “The Bill,” playing Maggie Lyons in four episodes of the show “All Fall Down”(pts 1&2), “Fake Fur,” and “ “Love or Money.” Now at 42 Linda enjoys the quieter life, but never forgets her time on Page Three, quoted recently as saying "I have to thank Page 3 for giving me so much exposure." Recently legendary photographer Beverly Goodway rated Linda as “the best Page Three Girl of all time.”

I found this magazine while rummaging around my parents attic a while ago - a computer magazine from 1983. They had a habit of putting female models on the cover holding bits of computer equipment.
